• We recommend removing the packaging after receiving the product and storing it in a vacuum environment.

• The graphene transferred onto the wafer does not have a protective layer, which means it is always susceptible to reacting with the gaseous components in the air.

• Over time, this can weaken the adhesion between the substrate and the graphene, making it prone to damage during processing.

• Therefore, it is recommend conducting a high vacuum annealing process (less than 1e-6 torr, below 300°C, for less than 1 hour) before the fabrication process of electronic devices. This process can strengthen the weakened adhesion between the graphene and the substrate and remove any contaminants adhered to the graphene surface.
